Flow based on quadrupedal movements is a fun, ground based form of exercise aimed to improve strength, mobility, and coordination. I enjoy combining elements of Movement Flows with Martial Arts and Yoga to create a very comprehensive yet challenging routine for clients to feel stronger and freer in their bodies. In this way you can become more flexible and observe an increase in range of motion, keeping your muscles and joints healthy.
