Personal Training 

As a professional trainer my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everyone is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a tailored plan based on your goals and what drives you. I aim to transform the way your body moves and responds, and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and wellbeing. 

Apart from Self Defense and Martial Arts training, I offer specialised sessions for: 

  • Weight Loss

  • Sports Performance

  • Mobility

  • Metabolic Conditioning

  • Yoga

I teach various styles of yoga, from Vinyasa to Chi Yoga. Depending on your needs, I will design a session which will leave you relaxed, yet invigorated! 

I also teach various breathing and meditation techniques, including diaphragmatic breathing and guided visualisations.
