From an early age I was obsessed with sports.

Throughout my life I competed in a variety of disciplines, including: combat sports (kick-boxing, submission wrestling, bjj and judo); athletics, and basketball among many. Storming through high school collecting medals I found myself infatuated with martial arts - I would read, study and practise as much as I was able to in order to learn and discover the most effective self-defence systems. Once I started practising Jiu-Jitsu, I knew I have found something very unique. I committed to focusing on exploring it straight from the source. I expatriated to the UK with the mission to train with the world's best Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. This is how my Jiu Jitsu training and coaching career has begun. But the story was far from perfect.

Along my martial arts journey, I suffered from various injuries due to rigorous training and poor nutrition. Struck with chronic back pain and unable to train,

I knew I had to embrace chance and focus on rebuilding my health.

I commenced with swimming and yoga, prescribing myself a strict plan-based diet plan. Once my body's energy started to shift,

I slowly got myself involved with strength and conditioning, researching more than ever about the human mind and body.

I started working as a Personal Trainer and a martial arts instructor so I could share my knowledge and experience with others and to motivate people towards a healthier lifestyle.
