I'm a martial arts coach and a self-defence instructor with over 20 years of experience in training and competition as well as over 10 years of experience in working with clients, instructing studio and gym classes and coaching athletes.

I'm a World Champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a national kick-boxing champion, and an accredited Advanced Self-defence Instructor. 

Apart from my passion for martial arts, I provide specialised Personal Training sessions to empower individuals towards a healthier lifestyle.
